Calient’s breakthrough product, the DiamondWave® FiberConnect, is the result of many years of technological innovation and extreme attention to cost reduction.  We are proud to offer this advanced implementation of an intelligent Fiber Optic Cross-Connection System.

In the process of developing the FiberConnect, Calient has successfully deployed a wide range of products into numerous markets worldwide.  These products are examples of Calient’s forward-thinking design and breakthrough innovation: 

• DiamondWave® FiberTest Controller – Is a software product delivered with a server that allows integrated remote operation of Calient FOCS products and 3rd party test equipment to reduce the cost and time associated with fault isolation and repair. 

• DiamondWave® PXC – Is a fully redundant, carrier-class photonic switch scalable to 320x320 ports to support advanced fiber and wavelength switching applications. When combined with Calient's industry leading GMPLS networking software, the PXC becomes a full networking solution capable of providing dynamic channel provisioning and restoration for applications such as bandwidth-on-demand and business continuity.
