Advanced Fiber Connectivity & Switching Forum - Calient is a founding member of the Forum whose mission is to accelerate the adoption and deployment of optical switching and advanced fiber connectivity solutions into networks worldwide. An extensive list of applications and business cases are available.

Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Council - Calient has been a member since 2006. The Council's purpose is to help its members with planning, marketing, implementing and managing FTTH solutions. Excellent research on worldwide penetration of FTTH and links to other Councils in AsiaPac, Latin America and Europe.

Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) - Calient has been a member since 2002. The TIA is a trade association representing the global information and communications technology (ICT) industries through standards development, government affairs, business opportunities, market intelligence, certification and world-wide environmental regulatory compliance.
